That may be shocking for you people but still it is true, you can inhale, eat, drink and do these bad things to you with no fear of considering it harmful but before doing it keep in mind that even good is bad when it is in excess.

10. Beer

At tenth place we have beer because it is better than the other alcoholic cuisines. The interesting fact about beer is that it helps to improve your cardiovascular function. Next time don’t be scared guys, it is a good.

Yes people! Anger is good for you. You know there are a lot of people who blot things up in them and don’t explode the things out. But the best way is to not hold things inside. Be angry for a while, let the things out and then you’ll see you won’t be suffering from blood pressure, sleeping disorders and lung damages. But don’t stay angry for too long because that will surely damage things inside you.

Most of the people think whether the coffee is good for them or not. Even I don’t feel like taking it because I am not sure if it is good for me or not. The studies show that when you take coffee as a morning beverage then it will help you to lower the risk of diabetes in you because of the antioxidants it contains.

Lysergic Acid Diathylamide (LSD) is a psychoactive hallucinogenic drug. It is available in variety of forms, but is most commonly sold in the form of blotter paper.
